Banana Almond Latte Smoothie

 


Ingredients:

  • 2 double shots of decaf espresso 
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 2 bananas (very ripe)
  • 2 tsp almond extract 
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to vitamix blender and turn on the smoothie setting (50 seconds) and blend. 
Serves 2
