Ingredients:
- 2 russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Peel and slice potatoes into half moons.
- Transfer to a microwave safe bowl and add remaining ingredients.
- Microwave for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a baking sheet lined with nonstick foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Stir. Bake again for 30 minutes, stirring at 20 minutes.
