Good AF Granola



If you liked fruit and yogurt parfaits from McD's in the 90's, especially when the blueberries were still frozen, this granola is for you. It tastes exactly the same.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats 
  • 1 stick unsalted butter 
  • 3 pumps (1.5 tbsp) Monin vanilla syrup, or 1 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoons water and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
  • 1/8 tsp pink salt or regular salt 
Directions:
  1. Heat butter in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  3. Heat in microwave for 1.5 minutes, stirring after every 30 seconds.
  4. Pour oat mixture onto a baking sheet lined with nonstick foil, and spread evenly (sloppy)
  5. Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. 
  6. Serve over Windeman's frozen wild blueberries, and Greek God's Honey Vanilla Greek yogurt.
