This is inspired by Chick-Fil-A, if that's not obvious, only it's got clean ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 2 bunches lacinto kale, or the other kind.
- 1 small head of nappa cabbage
- 1/2 cup roasted and salted and shelled sunflower seeds
- 1 recipe prepared Apple Cider Dijon Dressing
Directions:
- Trim and de-stem the kale. Rinse it well and cut it into ribbons.
- Trim, de-stem and rinse the cabbage. Cut it into ribbons as well.
- Cover with dressing and sunflower seeds. Stir well.
- Portion into individual storage containers and store overnight before eating. Keeps for a week.
Serves 4.
