I should probably delete my last salsa recipe. What was I thinking; puréed hearts of palm?! Anyway, this salsa isn't as good as my coffee shop's former salsa, but it's better than anything from a jar.
Ingredients:
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes (28 ounces)
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 3 tbsp jalapeño relish
- 2 tbsp keylime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 bunch fresh (or frozen) cilantro, minced.
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp hot sauce
