Ingredients:
- 2 mini cucumbers per person, sliced.
- 1 grated carrot per person.
- 4 tbsp dried cranberries per person (get a brand with no stevia or artificial sweeteners).
- 4 tablespoons per person candied pecans.
- 4 tablespoons feta per person.
- 2 tablespoons Rosemary Dressing per person.
