Sometimes I just thaw out tenderloin's on demand. But other times, I have this raring to go for me. It goes great with everything.
Ingredients:
- 13 frozen chicken tenderloins.
- 1/2 cup Olive Garden Italian Salad Dressing.
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard.
- 1 tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce.
- 1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce.
- 2 tbsp jarred lemon juice, like Santa Cruz organic.
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper.
Directions:
- place the frozen tenderloins in a 4 quart storage bowl and add enough water to cover them.
- allow to sit for 1 hour.
- drain water and add enough water to cover them again.
- allow to sit for 1 more hour.
- drain completely, and pull the ice off as necessary.
- transfer chicken to another storage container for the fridge.
- add marinade ingredients. stir to combine.
- refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
- use in whatever recipe you want.
