Jewellene's Marinated Chicken

 


Sometimes I just thaw out tenderloin's on demand. But other times, I have this raring to go for me. It goes great with everything.

Ingredients:

  • 13 frozen chicken tenderloins.
  • 1/2 cup Olive Garden Italian Salad Dressing.
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard. 
  • 1 tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce. 
  • 1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce. 
  • 2 tbsp jarred lemon juice, like Santa Cruz organic.
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper. 
Directions:
  1. place the frozen tenderloins in a 4 quart storage bowl and add enough water to cover them. 
  2. allow to sit for 1 hour. 
  3. drain water and add enough water to cover them again. 
  4. allow to sit for 1 more hour. 
  5. drain completely, and pull the ice off as necessary.
  6. transfer chicken to another storage container for the fridge. 
  7. add marinade ingredients. stir to combine. 
  8. refrigerate for at least 8 hours. 
  9. use in whatever recipe you want.
