I've always been really sensitive to foods.
At some point I learned intuitive eating, so it's not really about "what" I eat, it's "how much?"
But before that, these were my go-to sandwiches when I happened to be vegan and was working a lot.
I ate them 3 times a day, and found that I had energy and didn't feel ill.
Now I just make them because they're a predictable way to meal plan, and they're cheap and satisfying.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices Ezekiel Bread (any kind you like. Maybe not the raisin one though)
- 2tbsp mayo (any kind you like)
- 1/2 sliced avocado
- 2 slices Hickory Smoked Tofurkey
- 2-5 sliced fresh onion rings
