Ramen for Hubby

Hi baby,

Here is the Ramen recipe you asked for. 💋

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Maruchan ramen (seasoning packet discarded).
  • 1.5 cups filtered water. 
  • 1 tbsp butter. 
  • 2 tsp tomato paste.
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce 
  • 2 tsp dry white cooking wine
  • 1 tsp sesame seed oil
  • 2 tsp ginger juice
  • 2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tbsp pickled onion brine, or 1 tbsp onion flakes, or 2 tsp onion powder.
  • Optional: 1 tbsp dried parsley 
Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a 1.5 quart flat-bottomed glass bowl, and heat in microwave for 3.5 minutes. 
  2. Stir noodles to loosen them.
  3. Heat again for 4 minutes. 
  4. Transfer to a cooler bowl. 
  5. Add cooked chicken and bean sprouts and bamboo shoots and water chestnuts, if desired.
