Here is the Ramen recipe you asked for. 💋
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Maruchan ramen (seasoning packet discarded).
- 1.5 cups filtered water.
- 1 tbsp butter.
- 2 tsp tomato paste.
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp dry white cooking wine
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil
- 2 tsp ginger juice
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp pickled onion brine, or 1 tbsp onion flakes, or 2 tsp onion powder.
- Optional: 1 tbsp dried parsley
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a 1.5 quart flat-bottomed glass bowl, and heat in microwave for 3.5 minutes.
- Stir noodles to loosen them.
- Heat again for 4 minutes.
- Transfer to a cooler bowl.
- Add cooked chicken and bean sprouts and bamboo shoots and water chestnuts, if desired.
