I think I just found the perfect 2MAD keto meal (Maybe choose any bell pepper other than yellow, because they have 10g carbs?).

Ingredients:
- 1 bell pepper (any color), rinsed, cored and sliced.
- 1 avocado, pitted, and scooped out with a spoon.
- 4 ounces leftover chicken.
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (raw).
- 1 tbsp EVOO.
- 2 tsp Louisiana hot sauce.
- 1/8 tsp black pepper.
- 1/8 salt.
- 5 Castelvetrano Olives.
- 1 hard boiled egg yolk.
- Optional: a couple dashes of Everything Bagel seasoning.
Directions:
- Just mix it all together. It’s so good.
