This is great in a pinch, especially if you are PMS'ing, or depressed, or just under the weather. In case you need a reminder, you are lovable, and there are people who don't have to know you personally, to wish for your well-being. And they do. Take care of yourself. 💝
Ingredients:
- 12 oz. filtered water.
- 1 pack ramen noodles without seasoning.
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce.
- 2 tsp Louisiana hot sauce.
- 4 oz. V8 juice.
- 1 tsp Allegro hickory smoke marinade (link to product at walmart).
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley.
- 1 tsp garlic powder.
- 1 tsp onion powder.
- 2 tsp dried cilantro.
- 2 ice cubes of chicken stock.
Directions:
- combine all ingredients in a 7-cup microwave safe bowl.
- make sure the frozen chicken stock cubes are submerged in the water, to allow them to make the most of the microwave time.
- cook in microwave for 3.5 minutes.
- loosen up noodles with fork. stir.
- cook for 3.5 more minutes. stir.
- cook for 2 more minutes.
- transfer to a bowl that won't be lava to touch.
