Ingredients:
- 1 package firm tofu
- 1 egg
- 1.5 cups panko bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp Japanese-Style Creamy Asian Dressing
Directions:
- combine egg and dressing in a bowl and whisk well.
- cut tofu into 1 inch square cubes
- coat each tofu nugget in egg dressing mixture
- pour bread crumbs into a separate bowl, and dredge wet tofu nuggets into the crumbs (one at a time) and place them on a baking sheet lined with non stick foil.
- repeat until all nuggets are dredged in dressing and crumbs.
- bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 35 minutes. flip.
- return to oven and bake at 325 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hour.
