Panko Breaded Baked Sesame Ginger Tofu Nuggets

 Serves 8

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. combine egg and dressing in a bowl and whisk well. 
  2. cut tofu into 1 inch square cubes
  3. coat each tofu nugget in egg dressing mixture
  4. pour bread crumbs into a separate bowl, and dredge wet tofu nuggets into the crumbs (one at a time) and place them on a baking sheet lined with non stick foil. 
  5. repeat until all nuggets are dredged in dressing and crumbs. 
  6. bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 35 minutes. flip. 
  7. return to oven and bake at 325 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hour.
