Japanese-Style Creamy Asian Dressing

There is a local Japanese restaurant that makes a dressing that I could just drink. I've tried to imitate it several times over the years, but with no success.

I must have unlocked a new level in my ability though, because this here hits the mark. Kyle gives it 15 out of 10.

Serves 16

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. package of cream cheese.
  • 1 cup Hellman's Mayo.
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream.
  • 2 tbsp. honey.
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce.
  • 2 tbsp. dried ginger.
  • 1/4 tsp sesame seed oil.
  • 1 tsp black pepper.
Directions:
  1. Melt cream cheese in the microwave for 1 minute. Whisk well.
  2. Pour it into a medium-sized bowl (probably the one you're going to end up storing the dressing in) with lid.
  3. Add the remainder of the ingredients and whisk well.
It's ready immediately, but will be better overnight. In the restaurant, they serve it over ice burg lettuce with fresh tomatoes. I think this would be great with canned petite diced tomatoes.
