Strong Cinnamon Herbal Tea

 


I’m trying to curb my coffee habit. šŸ˜

Ingredients:

  • 6 cinnamon sticks. 
  • 20 black peppercorns (optional). 
  • 2-inch piece of ginger (sliced). 
  • 32 oz. water. 
Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a medium sauce pot with lid
  2. Heat over medium-high heat (6) until just bubbling.
  3. Stir. Reduce heat to medium-low (2), cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. 
  4. Leave the spices in the pot when ready to serve, and this tea can continue to simmer for up to 6 hours (as long as you keep an eye on the water level).
