Ingredients:
- 6 cinnamon sticks.
- 20 black peppercorns (optional).
- 2-inch piece of ginger (sliced).
- 32 oz. water.
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a medium sauce pot with lid.
- Heat over medium-high heat (6) until just bubbling.
- Stir. Reduce heat to medium-low (2), cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Leave the spices in the pot when ready to serve, and this tea can continue to simmer for up to 6 hours (as long as you keep an eye on the water level).
This is to good not to make!
