Real Hot Chocolate

 

Ingredients:

• 16 ounces Organic Valley 2% milk per person. 
• 2 squares Lindt 70% dark chocolate per person. 
• 2 squares Baker's white chocolate per person. 
• garnish with 1 real cinnamon stick and 1/4 cup mini marshmallows per person. 

Directions:

1. In a small sauce pot, add the milk and chocolate and heat on medium-high heat (6) until chocolate is just melted, whisking continuously. 
2. Remove from heat, pour into cup and top with garnishes.
