Very Berry Smoothie

This is your typical berry smoothie, with strawberries, blueberries, banana and yogurt. But what makes it POTENT is the addition of strawberry extract and coconut water.

It's thin enough to sip through a straw, so if you want it thicker, reduce the coconut water by half.

Fruit:

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries 
  • 6 strawberries 
  • 2 bananas 
Liquid:
  • 1 cup C2O coconut water
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 2 tsp strawberry extract 
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • Variation: Make this a Ginger Berry Smoothie by adding 2 tbsp of "Ginger People " ginger juice.
Ice:
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Directions:
  1. Portion out the ingredients and set aside. 
  2. Add the liquids to the high speed blender first, followed by the fruit, and then the ice. 
  3. Blend on high for 50 seconds.
Serves 2  - 4

*Earlier today I told Kyle that if I create a recipe today, it's gonna have President's Day in the title, because today is President's Day. But then I realized that's not a good idea, so I'm putting it in the body instead.
