This recipe only has 5 ingredients, and it's so easy to make.
You just simmer the frozen peaches in the skillet for 1/2 an hour while you're waiting for the granola to bake at the same time.
I bet this is the most potent peach cobbler you ever tasted.
*Note: Instead of the vanilla syrup I listed in the granola recipe, I used Monin Toasted Marshmallow syrup for the cobbler. Original recipe is okay though.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds frozen sliced peaches (like Good & Gather)
- 1 recipe granola (to be made alongside peaches)
Directions:
- In a large skillet (like the Always Pan), pour peaches and cook over medium-low (3) heat.
- Prepare granola to step 4, then stir peaches.
- When the granola is baking in the oven (step 5), stir the peaches in the skillet every 10 minutes when you stir the granola.
- After the granola is done baking for 30 minutes, turn off burner and oven.
- Pour granola over peaches in the skillet and spread evenly.
- Allow to sit for 10 more minutes on stove.
