This couldn't be simpler; just pour the sauce over the salmon 🍣 and bake it in the oven. It's also perfect as leftovers (cold).
Ingredients:
- 1 pound salmon of your choice (thawed)
- 1 bottle SAN-J brand Szechuan Sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven (convection bake) to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
- Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil
- Rinse the salmon under the tap; pat them dry with paper towels, and place them skin-side-down on the foil.
- Pour Szechuan sauce over salmon (about 3 tbsp per small fillet.
- Bake for 7 minutes.
