Szechuan Salmon

 



This couldn't be simpler; just pour the sauce over the salmon 🍣 and bake it in the oven. It's also perfect as leftovers (cold).

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound salmon of your choice (thawed)
  • 1 bottle SAN-J brand Szechuan Sauce
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven (convection bake) to 450 degrees Fahrenheit 
  2. Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil 
  3. Rinse the salmon under the tap; pat them dry with paper towels, and place them skin-side-down on the foil.
  4. Pour Szechuan sauce over salmon (about 3 tbsp per small fillet.
  5. Bake for 7 minutes.
