This is one of those quick and easy meals that hits the spot when you're craving beefy, cheesy, potato-ey comfort food.
Ingredients:
- 14.5 ounce can Keystone beef, un-drained.
- 14.5 ounce can Libby's Naturals cut green beans, drained.
- 15 ounce can Great Value sliced potatoes, drained.
- 1/2 yellow onion, minced.
- 2 tsp tomato paste.
- 2 tsp all purpose flour.
- 2 tbsp Kerrygold unsalted butter.
- 1 tbsp soy sauce.
- 1 tbsp EVOO.
- 2/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
- Mince onions and toss them in.
- Add flour, soy sauce, tomato paste, and olive oil. Stir well. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- When a fond starts to develop on the bottom of the pan, add beef with liquid. Stir well. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add strained green beans, potatoes, and cheese. Stir well. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Taste for seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 3.
