2 Ingredient Cole Slaw

 




All you have to do for this recipe is shred a head of green cabbage in a food processor, and mix with your favorite dressing. It's really easy, and great for meal prepping. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of green cabbage. 
  • 1 cup or 8 ounces of your favorite dressing, like Kraft Thousand Island. 
Directions:
  1. Peel off the unseemly layers of the cabbage and discard. 
  2. Cut the cabbage into segments small enough to fit into the shoot of your food processor. (De-core the cabbage during this process, and discard).
  3. Use the shred attachment of your food processor, and feed the cabbage through the shoot while using the tamper to gently press it into the blade while the unit is on low (or use your units instructions for shredding produce). 
  4. Continue until all cabbage is shredded. You might have to empty the processor before you're finished, if you have a small processor bowl. 
  5. Pour shredded cabbage into a large bowl with lid. 
  6. Top with dressing and stir well. 
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Will keep in the fridge for at least 1 week. 
Serves 10.
