Ingredients:
- 14 oz can coconut milk
- 5 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- If the coconut milk is separated, whisk it well before adding everything else.
- Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
- Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Stir again.
- You can serve it immediately, or store it in the fridge until ready to use.
