My favorite way to have a ribeye, is the thin cut 1/2 pounders, but sometimes you get what you get from Walmart, so here is how you cook a thick boi.
The steps are exactly the same as for my thin boi recipe, but you broil them for 8 minutes on the first side, and 5 minutes on the second side.

Note: A "thick boi" is a 1 pound steak.
