Chili Mac

 


Ingredients:
  • 3 ounce bag of Beef Flavored Ramen Noodle Soup, without the seasoning, per person.
  • 1 cup of Ragu Chili (without the beans), per person. *See separate recipe for that.
  • 4 ounces grated cheddar cheese per person. 
  • 1 Tbsp. grated red onion per person. 
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh minced cilantro per person. 
Directions for 1 serving at a time:
  1. Remove Ramen noodles from package and place them in a 7 cup glass bowl. 
  2. Top them with just enough water to cover, and microwave noodles on high for 3.5 minutes.
  3. Loosen and stir noodles with a fork, then microwave for 3.5 more minutes. 
  4. Drain noodles and transfer to a serving bowl. 
  5. Heat Ragu Chili in a separate bowl in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir. 
  6. Microwave again for 30 seconds. 
  7. Top Ramen with Ragu Chili, cheddar cheese, onions, and cilantro.
