Makes enough sauce for 8 pizza's using the pizza dough recipe.
Ingredients:
- two 6 oz. cans tomato paste.
- 12 oz. water.
- 4 tbsp. EVOO.
- salt to taste, or 1/2 tsp salt.
- 4 tsp dried oregano.
- 2 tsp dried basil.
- 2 tsp dried thyme.
- 4 tsp garlic powder.
- 4 tsp onion powder.
- 1 tsp ground black pepper.
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
Note: It's ready to use right away, but it gets better after refrigerated over night.
